Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the XGame game (the "Service") by any user ("you"). By creating an account or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.

2. Access

The Service is currently in alpha and requires a valid invitation code to create an account. Access is free of charge and provided "as is", with no guarantee of availability, performance, or freedom from bugs.

3. User account

• You must provide a valid email address and choose a password that you keep confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account.
• One account per person. Multiple accounts may be removed without notice.

4. Player conduct

You agree not to:

• use bots, automated scripts or exploits to gain an unfair advantage;
• post hateful, harassing or unlawful content in commander names, planet names or any other field;
• attempt to compromise the integrity, security or availability of the Service;
• resell, transfer or monetise an account or in-game items.

5. Personal data

We collect only the data required to operate the Service (email, hashed password, gameplay activity log). Your data is not sold to third parties. 6. Intellectual property

All Service assets (code, graphics, text, game mechanics) remain the exclusive property of the XGame editors. Any unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

7. Changes to the Service

The Service is under active development; its content, balance and features may change at any time. Universe resets may occur, in particular at the end of the alpha phase.

8. Suspension and termination

We reserve the right to suspend or remove any account that violates these Terms, without notice or compensation. You may terminate your account at any time.

9. Liability

The Service is provided for entertainment purposes. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim any liability for progress loss, indirect damages, or any consequence arising from the use of the Service.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution falls within the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
